Constructed of a white cotton rayon blended cloth base, reinforced along two edges with dual rows of machine stitching, the hoist edge overlaid by an additional layer of white cotton twill, with the upper hoist corner retaining a magnetic metal spring clip, the lower hoist corner retaining a non magnetic metal loop, bearing a double sided DDAC insignia, situated within a red, white, and black
